All sales are final.


Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and custom event arrangements, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed or delivered.


We take great care in preparing and inspecting every arrangement before delivery. However, if your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Approved claims may qualify for a replacement at our discretion.


Cancellations are not permitted once production has begun.
