Local Delivery Only
Peony & Co currently offers local delivery only. We do not ship nationwide or internationally.
All orders are delivered within our designated local delivery area. If an order is placed outside of our service zone, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Delivery Times
Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed. While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur due to traffic, weather conditions, recipient availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
Recipient Responsibility
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, arrangements may be left in a safe location at our discretion. Once delivery is completed, responsibility transfers to the customer.
We are not liable for damage due to weather exposure or improper handling after delivery.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before our daily cut-off time. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next available business day.
